Tuscany

Set high in Tuscany, this contemporary estate was designed around a single idea: erase the line between the great room and the desert beyond. The owners wanted uninterrupted glass that could open completely to the courtyard — without surrendering comfort to the Las Vegas summer.

We specified a Fleetwood multi-slide wall that pockets entirely into the structure, paired with floor-to-ceiling fixed glazing across the western elevation. Every panel uses high-performance Low-E glass tuned for the desert's solar load, so the home stays cool and the energy bills stay reasonable even with this much glass.

A dramatic pivot entry sets the tone at the door, and slim-framed glass carries the same architectural language through the private wings — much of it motorized, so an entire wall opens to the pool deck at the touch of a button.
