Pivot & Sliding Doors in Las Vegas

An entrance that makes a statement — oversized pivots and sliding glass for modern desert homes.

OverviewThe door as architecture.

A pivot door rotates on an axis set into the floor and header, freeing it from the size limits of side hinges. The result is a single, oversized panel that becomes the focal point of the entry — exactly the kind of arrival a luxury home deserves.

Paired with sliding and folding glass systems for everyday flow, we size and engineer each door to its opening, then detail the hardware and seals for smooth operation in the desert climate.

Pivot Entry

A single oversized panel on a concealed pivot — the architectural statement at the front door.

Sliding Glass

Smooth-gliding panels for everyday indoor-outdoor flow, in stacking or pocketing layouts.

Bi-Fold

Folding panels that concertina to one side, opening a wide span with a compact stack.

Built for the desert

Big panels that still seal tight.

A door this size only works if it operates effortlessly and seals completely. We balance the panel on precision pivot hardware, then detail multi-point locks, sweeps, and thresholds for the dust and wind of the valley.

Specify it in steel for the thinnest sightlines, wood for warmth, or glass for transparency — each engineered to swing or slide smoothly for decades.

Questions

Pivot & sliding doors, answered

What is a pivot door?

A door that rotates on a pivot hinge set into the floor and header rather than on side hinges. Because the hardware carries the weight, pivot doors can be far larger and heavier than a traditional hinged door.

How big can a pivot door be?

Pivot doors routinely reach 8 to 12 feet tall and several feet wide per panel, since the pivot hardware — not the frame — supports the weight.

Pivot vs. a traditional hinged entry?

Pivots allow much larger panels, a cleaner minimal look, and smooth operation despite the weight. Side-hinged doors are limited in how large and heavy they can go.

Are they secure and weather-sealed?

Yes. Multi-point locking and full-perimeter weather seals keep them secure and sealed, with thresholds detailed for desert dust and wind.

What materials are available?

Steel, wood, glass, and aluminum, in a range of custom finishes to match the architecture.
